SOURCE SETUP · REVIEWED 2 NOVEMBER 2026

Bring your WooCommerce catalog.

Choose a file URL supplied by your existing feed extension, or use WooCommerce’s built-in product CSV export for a manual snapshot.

Connect step by step

  1. In WordPress admin, open Products → All Products → Export. Keep relevant columns and product types, then Generate CSV.
  2. Keep the original file. Check that parent products and variations retain their relationships and that each sellable variant has a stable identifier.
  3. Upload the CSV in Feedaptor and review Field mapping. Confirm complete product and image URLs, price currency and availability from your actual store facts.
  4. A CSV export does not update itself. Replace it after catalog changes, or use a maintained public HTTPS feed URL and enable a refresh schedule.

Check the mapping

Source field or routeWhat to verify
SKU or IDMatch the identifier already used by your destination
NameProduct title
DescriptionProduct description
ImagesChoose the correct primary image URL; inspect multi-image cells
Regular priceConfirm amount and three-letter currency
In stock?Map actual supported availability; do not infer from quantity alone
ParentConfirm variant group relationship
Product URLSupply a real landing page if absent from the export

When the file needs more preparation

Raw store exports can omit landing-page URLs, currency, supported availability or variant facts. Use an existing Merchant-format feed when possible. Field mapping cannot supply missing business facts, and Feedaptor does not silently infer them.
