Does Feedaptor replace Google Merchant Center?
No. Start with the merchant feed you already maintain. Feedaptor prepares separate catalog exports and supplemental data; you keep control of your primary source and destination accounts.
What does the $49 subscription include?
Merchant includes one workspace, up to 5 stores and 30 feeds, with up to 10,000 variant rows and 10 MB per source. Field approvals, approval memory, rules, schedules, batch operations and versioned releases are included. Applicable tax is included in the $49 monthly total.
How do I create a workspace?
Workspace sign-in currently uses a ChatGPT account. Sign in, name your workspace and complete the subscription on Feedaptor. Verified payment activates access automatically. You can then import your first feed.
Will an export make my products appear in AI shopping?
An export is a preparation step. It does not guarantee platform eligibility, acceptance, display or sales. ACP destination onboarding, UCP merchant services and live delivery require separate configuration. The compatibility guide explains each output.
Can I cancel, and where do I get help?
Cancel before renewal from Account & billing. A period-end cancellation keeps access through the paid period. The help center covers common questions; signed-in customers can open a support ticket and follow replies, including after a subscription becomes inactive.
