In Feeds, Select all matching active feeds selects the current search and status results across pages, up to 100 feeds per action and within the plan limits. The page checkbox selects only visible feeds. Changing filters clears the selection. A preview lists the selected sources and work before starting a batch.
In Review changes, Select all matching fields includes the current field and decision filters across all pages. Changing a page keeps the selection; changing filters clears it. Bulk approval, rejection and reset show the number of fields and products before you confirm.
What to do
- Choose the search and filters first.
- Select individual rows, the visible page, or all matching results.
- Review the selection count and preview.
- Confirm the action, then inspect progress or decisions.
